Blogmas-The last day of term!

Hi everybody I am super sorry for not posting but I thought I would tell you all what I did on Friday.

It was a half day that day so that means school ended at 12:30! In school we had to go to church and sin some carols, the seats were so itchy!!!!!!!! When we got back it was break so me and my friends went to hall one and put all of our dollars in a dollar draw, I didn't win anything. First and second prize got a kindle fire HD, third prize got a £50 intu Trafford centre voucher and then last prize got a £20 intu Trafford centre voucher. After break we had double form time which was so boring! We did a quiz and watched the Muppets Christmas carol.

After we broke up I went to my friend Holly's house for a sleepover and we went roller skating at the leisure centre! I have got loads of bruises from falling over though.

Blogmas-What i am baking for Christmas!

Hiya guys!

In todays blog, well I guess you cam tell from the title, I am going to tell you what I am going to bake for Christmas this year!

Red velvet cupcakes:

I know this is kind of cheating but I use a ready mix for the cupcakes and icing but hey ho! S o first I like to hide a surprise in the cases like Tanya Burr did, I put an Oreo at the bottom of each case. After I have followed all the instructions, mixing, adding everything etc. I pour the mixture into the cases and put them into the oven for 15-20 minutes (I think?!?) Whilst they are cooking I get on with the icing. Once the cakes are out and cooled down I spread the vanilla icing over the cakes and they are done!

Mince pies:

Now again I know this is cheating but I really don't care! For the pastry I will buy a ready rolled shortcrust pastry and roll that out. I cut out some circles and place them in the places on the tray. I will then get my mice pie filling and put a tiny spoonful of it because if you put to much it can all start o get really big and come out! For the top I cut out a different shape and place that on top of each mince pie. BTW I don't know how long to put them in for.

Blogmas-A Christmas pamper night!

Hey guys today im going to talk you through how to have the best Christmas pamper night!

So if I have had a stressful day or I just feel like I need a treat  will run a bath and put in some bubble bath called pomegranate and melon from Wilkinson's for 95p. Just before I get in the bath I will put on a face mask, I put on the mud facial (I cant remember where from but I think it was a pound). Whilst I leave my face mask on for 15 minutes in soak into the bubbles of the bath and read or go on my phone. Once 15 minutes has passed I wash it off in the sink and wash my face, and then I cant stop feeling my face because its so smooth!

I will then put on my vanilla rhubarb body crème from Wilkinson's for 95p. I put on my pj's, dressing gown and slippers. I get my self a hot chocolate and watch a Christmas film with my family and then I go and get some beauty sleep!

Blogmas-Decorating the Christmas tree!

Hi everyone I hope you are all okay! Today im going to tell you about what I have done today.

In my household there's always tears and fighting when it comes to the Christmas tree! I bet your thinking, but why Jemima! That is because me and my sister have such a different taste in trees so she sees her bum off when we get a tree that she doesn't like!

So yesterday we got the Christmas tree, like I told you in yesterdays blog, so we decorated it today. My mum had to go to this work Christmas dinner thing so me and Molly(my sister) stayed at home and decorated the tree. As soon as my mum left we started the tree, so first we put all the lights on and garlands and things like that. I don't know about you but we have a colour scheme for our tree so we use silver, gold and  a dark brown-bronze. So we add all the baubles and then we usually fight about who puts the star on the tree but my sister had to anyway because I couldn't reach!

After we decorated I watched a really nice Christmas film called merry kissmas with a nice cup of hot chocolate.

My mum then came home and we had our tea, and now I am writing this for you.

BTW I am so sorry that this is late because I lost track of time so sorry!

Blogmas-What gets me in the Christmas spirit



Hello everybody! I'm feeling very festive today, I think that is because I just got the Christmas tree so it makes everything more Christmassy. Right now I'm just settling down with an amazing cup of hot chocolate and writing this for you! 

Today I am going to tell you guys what gets me in the Christmas spirit.

So first of all, like I said before, its getting the Christmas tree and decorating because you can smell all the fresh pine, see all the flashing lights and all the colours every where!

Listening to Christmas songs and watching heart warming Christmas films with your family because its a time to be with your family and it also gets me even more excited for Christmas!

Opening my advent calendar. I know its a weird one but on the first of December you get excited as every chocolate you have you know your 1 day closer to Christmas.

Opening Christmas cards and presents from friends and family! I love this one because it really gets me in the mood for Xmas and shows that everybody is loved at Christmas!


I love Christmas eve because its so festive how everyone gets together and has fun and watching films and having a Christmas eve party!Also I love putting out ''Santas'' mice pie, brandy, milk and Rudolph's carrot.

My favourite time of all is Christmas day when you open your presents and have a roast dinner with family!

Blogmas-Last minute quick and easy DIY Christmas gifts!

 

Hey everyone today im going to tell you some quick and easy last minute DIY Christmas presents! Please keep in mind that I haven't actually made these but I have a good idea of how to and some inspiration for them.

Hot chocolate in a mug:

(First of all this DIY includes going to places like bean and brush and minikin etc.)!

When you are at a place like I said above paint on plain white mug in black eat, sleep, YouTube, repeat in columns with check boxes next to them. Once you have picked it up later on and it is all done take it home and get your cling film out and ribbon for this one! On one piece of cling film put some hot chocolate powder in it and tie it up with some ribbon, put some marshmallows in another one and tie it up again. Then put all of that in the cup along with a candy cane ad a cute mini spoon or whisk!

Unlimited friendship coupons:

I think this DIY is very cute for your friends or family!

So if you can find any cute small pieces of card or paper it will be perfect for this DIY! On your pieces of card write stuff like hug coupon, share you food coupon, a shoulder to cry on coupon or random cute things like that. Stack all of them so they are neat ad together and with a hole puncher punch one hole through the corner of all of them and take some string or ribbon through them and tie it. On the front make a nice title and put little drawings all over the cards and then your done and tell your friends that the are unlimited so they can have them whenever they want because you will always be there for them no matter what. Im sure your friends will appreciate this so much!

Chalk board notebook:

From a shop just buy a plain brown or white coloured notebook I would recommend not to get notebooks with the spiral binders for this DIY.  Buy some chalk board paint and chalk. On the notebook paint all  it with the chalkboard paint and wait for that to dry. After that ahs dried you could stick a magnet on it and stick a magnet on the chalk so they have a holder for there chalk and you can write some thing like I love you or merry Christmas with the chalk on the front. And another thing which would make this really special is writing a little message to them on the first page and I think that will really touch there hearts!

Hello everyone I hope you are all fine! In todays blog I am going to tell you what is on my Christmas wish list. I know this post might be a bit boring because you might not want to know what's on my Christmas wish list but I will try to make it fun as possible, I promise!

Blogmas-Christmas nail art!

Hello everybody! Personally im not very good at painting nails and I cant grow mine, but I do know how to do nail art etc. (I got these pictures off the internet and followed how I would think you would make the reindeer nails)!

Reindeer nails:

First you need to paint all your nails with 2 coats of white nail polish. Once that has all dried get a cotton bud or anything like that and get out a brown nail polish, dip your cotton bud in it but don't get to much onto the brush incase it doesn't dry that quick! With your cotton bud you need to start from the tip of the nail and draw a circle with the nail polish and paint the inside of that. Whilst your letting that dry you need to get a darker brown nail polish but make sure its not too black. Get a clean cotton bud and draw on a pair of antlers in lines on top of the circle. By now all the nail polish must have dried so get out your white nail polish and cotton bud and simply do two white dots on the lighter brown. Then you need to give that a couple of minutes to dry so get out some red nail polish and another clean cotton bud. With your cotton bud you need make a big red dot underneath your two white dots to make Rudolf's red nose! Finally on the white dots you need to do a small black dot in each white dot to make the pupils. To finish it coat it all with a layer of clear nail polish so the masterpiece doesn't chip and your done!

Snowflake nails:

(If you have any small snowflake templates they will be great for these nails and you will see why in a few minutes)!

Apply 2 coats of white nail polish to your nails and wait for that to dry. Get out your small snowflake templates for nails. Place them on the nails where you want them and get out whatever colour you want, but for this one im going to use the colour green. With your green nail polish paint over your templates but make sure you don't get any on the white nail polish. Keep the template in place until the snowflakes have dried and slowly but carefully peel off your templates and you will be left with green snowflake nails! Repeat this on any nails you want and to finish it off apply one coat of clear nail polish to seal your nails from chipping!

Blogmas-How to make the best hot chocolate!




How to make the best hot chocolate ever!

What you will need to make it:

• A mug
• The best hot chocolate powder you can find
• Milk
• A microwave
• Candy canes
• The best white chocolate you can find
• A grater
• Whipped cream
• Marshmallows
• A glass
• Spoon

How to make it:

1. Get your mug out of the cupboard.
2. Put in 3 heaped spoonful's of the best hot chocolate you can find.
3. Fill up a glass with any milk of your choice.
4. Put the milk into the microwave (keep checking it to see if it needs to come out as I don't know the exact time you put it in for)!
5. Take your milk out of the microwave and pour into your mug.
6. Mix it around with your spoon to get all of the lumps out.
7. Squirt whipped cream on the top and add marshmallows.
8. Then you need to get your grater out and grate white chocolate on top, and put in your candy cane.
9. ENJOY!!!!

I know its a bit late but...

I know its a bit late but as I only started my blog yesterday I thought I would do blogmas starting from today!

(BTW most of my pictures I get off the internet but I do edit them)!

So for my first post on blogmas I thought I would tell you guys what I do on Christmas eve.

Every Christmas eve my next door neighbour comes round so me my sister and next door neighbour bake for our Christmas eve party that we have every year. We then cuddle up watching Christmas films with my mum and grandpa (he comes every year for Christmas)! Then loads of people come round and we have a Christmas party and play games and eat cake!!

After they go home we put a mince pie, carrot and whisky for ''santa'' on the fireplace. Before we go to bed we have a hot chocolate (my next post will be on how to make the best hot chocolate)! Then me and my sister go to bed waiting for Christmas day. Come back tomorrow for another blogmas blog!
